I hope Charlie realizes his pain and can find a way to ask for help to overcome it…  Bipolar can be managed and overcome with a lot of inner healing and love of self…  Sorry Charlie right now you aren’t winning you are hurting…  God bless

A Better Way!

In inspiration, joy, love, memories, motivation, quotes, thoughts on March 7, 2011 at 5:08 am

Can’t we realize there is always a better way to live in the moments we have…

If we grab a hold of the life we want it can be reality just takes a little time..

positivity in this life will induce change for the better… Just let go of what you can’t control and accept the things you can…

What do you believe, do you believe in your power to change your life by making better decisions?  That each step forward will bring you to a more joyful life…

Just know you have the power to take a hold of the reins and guide you life down the right path

Can I just say there is a little girl out in the world somewhere in Georgia who looks a little like me and I miss her!

Being BiPolar sux!!!  Many things you think are rational are so not rational but I’m working on getting better….  The best thing in life is the opportunity to change for the better even though it hurts like hell sometimes.

LET GO!

We all have the opportunity to look past the things we think we want and start to enjoy the things we truly need!

We are not an accumulation of things but of moments we share with others, strangers or friend.  Are you afraid to be who you are because of what others may think or because you don’t even know who you are or what your capable of?

It only takes a moment to realize your true potential, and to see that you are truly powerful.  What are you waiting for?  Nobody can do it for you, face your fears and you will finally see why you are here and what you can accomplish! As NIKE so pleasantly stated not so many years ago “JUST DO IT”
